Meet outside the Jessie Ball duPont Center on 40 E Adams St, Jacksonville, FL 32202
- 4 - 5 p.m. — Sketch crawl of Taylor Hardwick buildings downtown led by Chris Flagg, FASLA. (The sketch sites will be focused around the former Hydon Burns Library and adjacent structures, including the historic Carnegie Library by Henry Klutho and Hardwicks Bar.)
- 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. — Brief lecture on Taylor Hardwick's life and career, the impact of his work in shaping our city, and the importance of historic preservation and adaptive reuse. Various speakers, including Arimus Wells, City Planner Supervisor, Historic Preservation Commission, COJ; Brooke Robbins, Principal Architect, Robbins Design Studio; and Elias Hionides, Vice President, Petra.
- 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. — Networking happy hour and sketch throwdown at Hardwick’s Bar.
- Two drinks and light refreshments included!
