leadership, legislative experience and professional expertise to
advocate for policies that protect the profession and the health,
safety and welfare of Floridians.
AIA Florida Leadership
Becky Magdaleno, CAE
Executive Vice President, AIA Florida
Becky began her career during the 2000 election working for
state senate campaigns and later spent several years helping
elect candidates to the Florida Senate, with an emphasis on
political fundraising.
She also served as campaign treasurer for a gubernatorial
candidate in 2006 and has extensive knowledge of campaign
fundraising laws.
Becky is a graduate of Florida State University with bachelor's
degrees in political science and humanities.
Legislative Counsel
George T. Levesque
Shareholder, GrayRobinson Attorneys at Law
George began his career in private practice focusing primarily
on civil litigation defense.
He has also served as special counsel and policy advisor to the
Florida Speaker of the House, general counsel for the Florida
House of Representatives and general counsel to the Florida
Senate.
His extensive legislative and legal experience provides AIA
Florida with valuable insight into the legislative process and
state policy.

Jessica Love
Government Consultant, GrayRobinson Attorneys at Law
Jessica began her career with GrayRobinson in 2007 after
previously serving as an executive legislative assistant at
Huey, Guilday, Tucker, Schwartz and Williams, P.A.
She is well-versed in Florida's political and legislative
processes and represents a wide variety of clients ranging from
professional associations to multinational corporations.
Jessica's experience includes economic development, health law,
professional regulation, hospital regulation, and design and
construction law.
