The 2027 AIA Florida Convention & Trade Show will take place at
The Boca Raton, a historic waterfront resort spanning
approximately 200 acres along Lake Boca Raton and the Atlantic Ocean.
The resort includes several lodging buildings, restaurants, pools,
a private beach, golf, tennis and pickleball, shopping and Spa Palmera.
AIA Florida convention rates begin at $284 per night.
The resort fee is included in the convention rate; applicable taxes
are additional. Availability and rates vary by building, room type
and stay dates.

The Boca Raton offers accommodations across several lodging buildings
within the resort. When you open the reservation site, you may see
options in Cloister, Tower, Yacht Club and Beach Club,
depending on availability for your selected dates.
Mizner Center • Harborside
Most AIA Florida convention programming will take place in
the Mizner Center on the Harborside of The Boca Raton.
Cloister is nearest to the Mizner Center, while Tower and
Yacht Club are also located on the Harborside. Guests staying
at Beach Club will use resort transportation to reach convention
activities.

Rooms within the AIA Florida hotel block are reserved exclusively
for attendees, exhibitors, guests and individuals directly
associated with AIA Florida's Annual Convention & Trade Show.
Convention and trade show registration is not required before
booking a room; however, AIA Florida will verify hotel reservations
against registered attendees to ensure eligibility.
Reservations within the AIA Florida block made by individuals
who are not registered for the convention are subject to
cancellation 30 days before the event start date.
We respectfully request that each attendee and exhibitor limit
reservations to no more than two rooms.

Beware of hotel reservation scams.
