The project introduces the first high-end residential high-rise living to Milan, with two towers soaring 34 and 17 stories high, respectively. The two towers occupy the former site of a train station and it has been designed to create a vibrant community with direct links to the old city gates and connecting links to the historic center and
beyond. The 34-story tower has 100 apartments ranging from compact, functional 1-bedroom units to triplex penthouses. The 17-story tower comprises of 42 apartments ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom units. The towers include a first floor of office and retail space, and a cultural center.
At 140-meters tall, this residential tower was conceived to give its residents an exclusive view of the city of Milan. The building’s form is composed of three separate wings that meet in a central core, from which natural light radiates out and ventilation flows throughout the complex. This design strategy means that each apartment enjoys exposure to natural light on three sides, with views of the Duomo di Milano and the Alps. Each tower features a private gym, event space, swimming pool, and spa amenities.
