12 Noon at the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, 421 SW Camden Ave., Stuart, FL. Program and lunch will be provided by Don Beers, P.E. of the Florida Masonry Association. The class will be on "Masonry Design Details" (1 CEU)

Program Overview:

Presentation of complex masonry design – How can I afford to add this design detail? The course concentration will be on appropriate cost and technical considerations for popular masonry design effects.

Learning Objectives:

·         Review the role masonry has had in Florida.

·         Establish a basic understanding of the flexibility of masonry products in design.

·         Understand the cost of building with masonry.

·         Understand the benefits of building with masonry.
