Mini-Conference 9 AM – 4:30 PM

Reasonably priced and high in continuing education credit hours, the Florida Capital Region Green Building Expo is an excellent source for quality education for Architects, LEED APs, Engineers, and Landscape Architects.

Session topics include:
BD+C 252: LEED for New Construction Credit-by-Credit Review – Energy and Atmosphere
Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavement
Solar Water Heating
LEED for Schools
The Turnbull Conference Center: A LEED Building

The mini-conference is $40 for USGBC Florida Capital Region Chapter members and $70 for non-members, which includes lunch. The mini-conference is approved for 6.5 hours AIA/CES, 6.5 hours GBCI (5.5 of which are BD+C LEED Specific), 3 hours CEU for Landscape Architects, and 2 hours PDH for Engineers.

Expo 4:30 PM – 8 PM
A fun and FREE social event with excellent hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. There will be great door prizes including an iPod shuffle! Both Mini-Conference attendees and those that do not attend the Mini-Conference are welcome.

Exhibitors will be on-hand to teach you about cutting edge products for sustainable design, including plumbing fixtures, landscaping pavers, commercial furnishings, paints and coatings, energy efficiency products and more!
