12 Noon at the River House, 305 Acacia, Vero Beach.

Program and lunch will be provided by Harvey Schwarzbauer with Residential Elevators. Harvey’s class will be on “Designing for Residential Elevators” (1CEU)

 

Learning Objectives:

 

1. Identify benefits for a home elevator.

2. Understand pre-planning options for accommodating a future elevator in a residence.

3. Understand design requirements for different types of residential elevators.

4. Use the national standard ASME A17.1 Part 5 Private Residential to implement the code requirements for residential elevators.

 

Following each Lunch and Learn Presentation, Peter Jones AIA , our Amendment 4 Coordinator, will provide an update on Amendment 4.
