Please complete the entry form online or download the form from the AIA Florida
website and return it by April 22, 2013 . After March 27th a $25 late fee will be charged
per entry. Please note that application fees are non-refundable.
All entrants will be emailed a PowerPoint template containing instructions and
additional information upon receipt of the entry form and fee. Information will be
sent to the email used for the member that registers. Completed entries must be
submitted via the FTP site no later than April 22, 2013 – no exceptions please.
